The One Lesson I had to Learn in Order to Create a Nomadic Lifestyle
A while back, I had the pleasure of being invited to the Power Up Podcast where I was invited to talk about my experiences as an entrepreneur and nomad and how I have been able to create this life of constant travel and movement from country to country.
The lesson that has helped me keep moving, even when things look bleak is: to let go. To let go. To let go of my past, of people, of places, of expectations, of memories, of identity, of the truths that I have long held dear, of ideas of how my life should evolve. Ironically it's in letting go that I have been able to receive and to open up to mind bending adventures and relationships with different humans in different countries.
Letting go has been and continues to be one of the hardest and gut wrenching experiences in my life, but also the most magical.
One of the things I shared in the podcast was the following:
“I really-really understand that there are many experiences that you get to have in different life times, and that you also get to choose the experience that you want to have in this lifetime, and I know that one of my missions…is to learn to let go of things. I’m in a constant process of letting go.”
I discuss all this in the Power Up Podcast interview (Episode 47) that I had with Ella and Ama. You can listen/watch the podcast here:
