Sofia and I met in Morocco in 2019 when I took her cooking course in Casablanca and we have been friends and worked together ever since. Honestly, I have no idea where my business would be if I had never gone to Casablanca (reason 1001 to follow your gut); that's how pivotal she has been for my journey as an entrepreneur.
A few months after that meeting in Casablanca, Sofia moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand and became my brand and social media manager, which was the best thing for my business and life. We have also done Vietnam and Laos together, doing cool ish as we travel.
