Ease is the Cousin of Expansion
I LOVE that I wake up to soo many Whatsapp messages soo often. A while back I woke up to this message from a client in my mastermind
I spend at least 30 mins a day listening to voice notes from clients telling me in detail how their lives have changed or are changing because of the work they do with me in #WealthyMoney.
The client that sent this message is soo excited that she now has systems and support in her business and is understanding the meaning of ease in business and how that is changing her approach to growing her business.
There is power in building a business that resonates with your values and aligns with your lifestyle, creating business and operations strategies that are uniquely yours and align with your spirit.
I refuse to subscribe to this belief that we have to slave away and deprive ourselves to make money and grow.
I literally spend 8 hours a day focused on Spanish language school right now and am not able to check my phone or laptop (in fact I don't have a laptop for 7 hours a day) and yet my company is constantly doing:
♦️ discovery calls
♦️sending out emails
♦️bringing out 2 different podcasts every week
♦️ posts 3 blog posts on the blog every week
♦️ I do podcast and radio interviews
♦️have signed up new clients throughout the month
♦️speak to family and friends
♦️do yoga
♦️ chill out a lot and get 8 hours of sleep
♦️Get 2 hour massages weekly (yes, even in Mexico)
♦️Oh and I don't work more than 2 hours a day on my business. I started my business so I could have freedom, live my best life and self actualize beyond the grind of hustling and making money and I want to honor this
I am still fully focused on scaling and growing my business.
But I know ease is the cousin of expansion because working harder and hustling almost destroyed my mental health.
And my clients also know this because they have experienced it so they are looking for a different way.
A way that feels good to their nervous systems and emotional well-being.
So I fiercely hold space for them to find THEIR own unique way to live and scale their businesses.
I am NOT here to teach anyone THE way, because every soul has their own unique path and way.
