Day 3 of my 21-day grape fast:

Day 3 of #GrapeFast.

Woke up and messaged my coaching clients to please abstain from Black Friday for this year.

Next year its all-good cos they will be debt free.

All said they had zero interest in buying stuff. In fact, the need to buy ish just because is disappearing.

I am happy.

The work is working.

Also, I feel like I have a heck of a lot more energy today.

And wow...a lot is happening business wise since day 1 of the fast. That is totally unexpected and a bonus.

My aunt says I should have expected it cos fasting unblocks stuff.

I am not an expert in this since my fasts are to heal my digestive system and give my tummy a break from all the food I eat daily.

I also do 2 hours of vipassana meditation every morning (first thing - before anything else); I usually do an hour but added the extra hour 2 weeks ago.

I want to meditate to 3 hours a day during the fast.

And then do the lesson 1 meditations in the #MoneyMagic course with a focus on my digestive system to release the emotions, thoughts and memories in there.

The memory that came up yesterday was soo fascinating, who knew it was a money trauma and it involved clothes shopping at Edgars

I have seen over the years, thanks to my meditation practice, just how much anxiety I still hold in my tummy, how part of my body is never relaxed and are in constant fight or flight.

I just want to be with it and observe it with no judgment.

Also, in all honesty, I figured meditation would make the fast easier for me and so far, so good.
