Jody is a commercial real estate agent who started selling residential property right after graduating high school. He got introduced to real estate by his wife's grandmother who was a residential real estate agent.
She had multiple show houses, on a Sunday afternoon, and she’d asked him to help her by showing some people around the houses on weekends. He started reading the materials she left behind at the properties and before long, he was hooked on real estate.
