Checking Out the Venue for the Sri Lanka 2019 Retreats

I am so looking forward to the retreat come Thursday.

I plan to chill on this here pool.

This is the backyard for the first retreat venue and I need to enjoy it.

Fam... we have a kick ass 7-bedroom villa, each bedroom has its own bathroom and we have so many chill areas and can walk to the ocean.

I can’t wait!!!

But I am challenged!!

Lort, please can my bloating be done by then? I have been swollen since arriving in Sri Lanka, my feet are twice their size, my tummy, everything is just swollen.

I don’t know how I am going to teach yoga at this point.

Also, I just got over a 3-day cold.

It’s not all roses.

But....

Did I mention we have a private chef?
