This week I want to share with you the podcast I did on Tsitsi's Wealthy Conversation Podcast talking about African money archetypes:
If someone grew up in a household where they were constantly criticized, verbally or emotionally attacked or beaten for being wrong or making mistakes, they will learn to defend themselves by never claiming responsibility for mistakes they made because they are scared of the punishment associated with making mistakes.
A while back, in the middle of a full body workout with my personal trainer, I felt all this fear and sadness in my body (especially my womb) and stopped the session to scream into pillows, went back to the workout, paused, did some womb breathwork and then fire breathing.
There’s a part of me that needs this to keep myself playing small and to keep punishing others so I can be the victim and have someone to blame.
But there’s an even greater part of me that’s scared of stepping into my own power so it finds new ways to keep me playing small.
In this podcast I share exercises you can do when you are triggered by expansion. These exercises are very simple, but they are life-changing because they shed so much light by helping you understand what is actually going on.
The food at this #WealthyMoneyRetreat was really unbelievable.
I believe food is one of the true pleasures of life and I believe humans should feast when they eat.
I have seen how important it is to incorporate pleasure into our daily lives, especially when we are doing deep healing work, so massages and food are key in my retreats.
